Splendid weather agalin greeted the above, and despite unfavourable conditions, owing principally to the sloppy, umanetailed lower Kai iFwi road, a large crowd 01 ridleore and drivers journeyed to Mr. J. After refreshers all round, the second run began from the road into Mr. Walker's, /through Iris sheep yards into Mr. Hill's, then took the road, double into Mr. Blair's, across goavse fences into Mr Coopen's, towards the sea., doubling back ove^1 four fine hedges, finishing with, the double on to Mr. Blair's lawn again, the thirty odd followers givingl the many spectators a lovely exhibition of jumping over the beautiful .hunting country. A move was then anadle for the hjouse, where all regaled themselves with tea and refreshments, kindly provided by Mrs. and the Misses Blair, and Mr. J.
