FREEMAN R. JACKSON AND CO. S STOCK REPORT.
At our Waverley sale on Fiiday last we had a good yarding of cattle. Bidding: was dull,,not many lines changing hands. At Wanganui sale yesterday several odd pens of cattle sold freely, but the larger lines of young cattle we did not quit, though offered fair value. We quote:— . Cattle at Waverley.—Goodi weaners £2 1, others 25s 6d to 33, heifers in, calf £4 5s to £5, store cows £3 15s to £4, milchi cows £5 to £6.Catfele at Wanganui.—Fat and forward bullocks £7 ss, 2£ -to 3 year steers'£s 14s, 15 months steers £3 8s 6d to £3 10s, 12 to 15 months steers £2 17s to £3 4s, weaneis (small) 245, springing heifers £4 10s to £5. Sheep.—Full-mouth ewes 6s, small lambs 4s 6d. ■ pi R s.—rLiglit b'aconers 28s to 325, porkers 20s to 255, stores 12s. 6d to 18s, weaners /s to 10s.
