INQUEST.
DUNEDIN, January 22. At an inquest touching the death of Annie Wrg.er Coulter, stewardess on the steamer Victoria, who fell ov.er the wharf and was drowned while going aboard, a verdict atcis returned of accidental'death by drowning, and, that r» blame was attachable to anyone. The jury added! a rider calling the attention of the authoritiesto ithe necessity for wharves being better lighted, and that chains on* ropes should be provided to preventi similar accidents. .
