NAPIER, December 1
Andrew Neilson, with a number of previous convictions, Avas sentenced to tAve.ve months for the -theft of £10 10s.
At Waipawa. the hearing at the charge of niui'dev against F. T. Moore and Mary Ann Mililtf Avas resinned on Saturday morning. Dr. Ross said there Avas nothing from circumstonces and examination of the body to lead to the conclusion that the deceased Lottie AnceJ had caused her own death.
