HOURS OF CLOSING.
WELLINGTON, September 13. Yet another deputation of shopkeepers waited on the Acting-Premier last evening to protest against tue proposal to compel shops to close at 6 p.m. S" - Joseph Ward said he had come to the conclusion that the best course would be to let the shopkeepers' decide the matter themselves by a vote on the subject.
