A young man named John Waters was charged at the Police Court this morning with attempting to commit an indecent offence on a young married woman early this morning. He was remanded till Tuesday. Bail was allowed, accused in £200 and two sureties of £100 each. NAPIER, September 13. At the Supreme Court- to-day, AnastasiaFox. for perjury, was sentenced to four months' imprisonment. Adela Olsen, for concealment of birth, was admitted to probation) for three months. John Culshaw, convicted of manslaughter, was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment.
