THE BOER LEADERS.
BOTHA FALLS OUT WITH KRUGER, LEYDS, AND REITZ. Received September 15, 0.48 a.m. LONDON, September 14. Botha's relations with Kruger, Leyds, and Reitzhave become ruptured. He attributse the failure of -the Boer generals at the recent .conference with Mr Chamberlain to Reitz's defiant language. Botha declares that the generals' further presence in Europe will be exclusivel^ devoted to raising financial aid for'the Boers.
