THE MARAHAU ESTATE. There will shortly be given to those desirous of obtaining dairying and fattening lands on this coast such' an opportunity as may never occur again. The lands on this coast are unequalled in the colony for fattening and dairying purposes, and amongst these lands none are superior to those of the Marahau 'Estate. ' This estate, situated on the railway line some 15 miles north of Wanganui—embracing the land on both sides of the ljne and sketching almost the whole distance between the Okehu and ISiukuinaru Stations—is better known as the estate of the late Hon. R. Pharazyii. There are some 5000 acres of the most fertile and best-watered land in New Zealand, and this, we understand, will be cut up into suitable areas and placed on the market as soon as plans can be got ready. Those on the look-out for choice lands should bear in mind that this noble estate will shortly be for side, and if they have p,hw>7e, should visit the property and .Mt'urfy themselves of its value.
