THE DUNEDIN TRAMWAY ACCIDENT

DUNEDIN, August 26.
At the inquest on Hugh McDermott, killed'by a tramcar, the jury returned a verdict that .deceased was accidentally run ovef, no blame being attachable to anyone. They added a recommendation t'nat a second light should be carried in front of tramcars, and calling attention to the urgent need of a public morgue.
