LONDN, August 23. The syndicate which is constructing the pier at Berehaven for the accommodation of the new fast line of Atlantic steamers, proposes to use oill fuel and to run the steamers at the rate of 24 knots per hour. Dover !has been offered as a port of call between Bei'ehaven and Germany.
