SECOND ISSUE OF 1000 SHARES.
The provisional directors of the Economio Building Society have every reason to be satisfied with the reception by the public of the second issue of shares. Although onl-" a very short time on offer, a very large number of applications have already been sent in, and the success of the issue is assured. ;
The society invite the public to a- meeting to be held in the Christ Church schoolroom on Thursday next, the 29th instant, ai 8 p.m., when a full explanation of the Society's objects and working will be givmaster in connection with tlie Society will also be held, the public will have an opportunity of witnessing the Society's practical Working. A large attendance is desired. Any questions which! members of the audience may desire to put on any master in connection with the Society will also be answered. Tire provisional direc-; tors are determined to give subscribers to the new issue the benefit of their experience in connection with the new rules. Mr. R. M. Gatenby, chairman of the No. 1 Society, will receive" applications for shares at his Victoria Avenue Pharmacy, up to 9 p.m. this evening.
