OLSEN'S CASE TRUE PLAGUE.

QUARANTINED.
Press Association.—Telegraph-TGopyrighi. Received, March 4th, 9.15 p.m. SYDNEY, March 4. The diagnosis proved that Olscn was suffering from true plague. 1 'Three rats caught on the Antillian werff found to be suffering from, plague.' The crew, numbering over eighty, are at the quarantine station, but so far there are no signs of farther sickness. Tho vessel has been thoroughly fumigated. . ; No troopship will be allowed to leave port till the Board of Health certifies the entire absence of danger. This will somewhat delay the despatch of .the coatingpnt, but, it is hoped to get the Australian, with the first batch of six hundred1, away about Saturday..
