At the annual meeting of the Union S.S. Company, tho Hon G. McLean, presided. Tho directors report recommended the payment of a dividend of 4 per cent for the half year, making with the interim dividend, seven per cent for the year. The report was adopted, and tho Hon G. McLean re-elected director.
