POLICE CASES AT MANGAWEKA.

The following batch of cases were dealt with "by Messrs J. Johnston and J. P. Aldridge, J.P.s, on Saturday last: — Michael Collis was charged on the information of Constable Rutledge with driving a vehicle without lights on the 7th November ; find 5s and costs 7s.

John W. Leahy was charged with being trunk on 12th November. Mr Finn for lefendant. Fned ss.

John Coato was charged on the information of Constable Rutledge that on thp 3rd November in Mangawharariki Street, of behaving in a manner wherby a breach of the peace may have been occasioned. Find 20s and costs 7s.

Fred Phillips was charged on the information of Constable Rutledge of doing mischief to a fence, the property of Mr U. J. Bennett on the sth of November. Fined ss, costs 7s, and repairs to fence 3s- 6tl. "
