A hundred tons of foodstuffs and a quarter of a million cartridges, were discovered in a mine at Lydenburg. BOTHA REACHES OTOSPRUIT. BOERS WHO FLED TO DELAGOA NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN. BURGHERS WHO. SURRENDER NOT TO BE DEPORTED. LONDON, September 19. Botha has reached Otospruit. The Boers who fled to Delagoa teiritory will not bo allowed to i-eturn. It has been decided that the burghers who surrender will not be deported, eycept- * ini? officers. Lord Roberts deals with the latter.
