THE STOCK MARKET.

Ihe flax mill p ant and sundries were sold greatly in favour of buyers. At Bulls we had an average yarding of sheep, most of which; changed hands at recent values. Mr Siggelkow's salo'was not largely attended, but most of the cows and sundries realised good prices. At Feilding we had a heavy, yarding of sheep of splendid quality, and, cratt e came forward very greatly in excess of advertised.numbers;. , The attendance was large. All the sheep but one pen of old ewes and two or three pens of wethers were, sold under: the hammer,, and all, classes of cattle met with a ready sale, only a few head of dairy stock failed to reach vendors' prices. We quote: — At Bulls: ■ Mixed hoggets, 8s 6d, 11s 4d, lls 7d;-forward, wethers, 14s lid; empty ewes, 8s 3d; fat and forward ewes,, 12s. Four-year-o'd draught stallion, 30gs; 4-year-old mare, £20. . ; Feilding : Fat and forward bullocks, £6 and £7 8s; fat coirs, £6 10s ; 3-year steers, £5 3s, £5 13s, £5 17s 6d j 1-year steers, £», 2s; yearling steers, £2 10s, £2 16s 6d, £2 17s 6d; springing heifers, £3 10s 6d, £4, £4 2s 6d, £5 Us, £5 16s; dairy cows, £3 19s 6d to £5 lls; weaners, 21s, 34s 6d, £2.
