Messrs Freeman R. • Jackson and Co., in con junctioifwith Messrs Abraham and WiK liams, report as to their Jqhnsonville sales as follows: — Fat cattle, in fewer' numbers, were rather 1 easier 'in -price, though the quality, with two exceptions,- wiw prime. Fat bullocks made £7 17s 6d to £9 12s 6d, -equal to 21s the lOOlbs ; heifers (of from medium to prime quality) mad© 19s 6d the lOOlbs ; the sale for these was rather irregular, prices being from £6 2s 6d to £7. ---V Sheep. were •in short supply, at an advanoo in price of Is per head over, last. weekGood wethers 18s 7d to 18s 10d,' fat ewes (chiefly prime sorts) 16s to 17s 6d. ■
