Peb Pbbss Association. DUNEDIN, November 22. It- has been suggested that a fire in the Phoenix Factory was caused by the ovens becoming overheated. There was a loud explosion, in that part of the building. The old portion was pretty well wrecked. The new- pait is almost intact. The insurances are £12?,750. The loss is perhaps 20 per cent distributed over 16 offices.
