A J.P. IN COURT. "V I *" (Per Pke'ss Association.) WELLINGTON, February 21. In the Magistrate's Court a judgment summons' case, in which a Justice of the Peace was debtor was heard. The debtor denied tha.. he had signed a confession filed in the Coiirt, and counsel for the creditor stated that the money had been paid, but not by his client. It is suggested that the confession is forgery, and more will likely fee ftea-d of the matter.
