Northcroft, S.M , sat aU day ] on Saturday and again yesterday afternoon, hearing applicants for old age pensions Eo far 133 old age pension claims : have been received, 96 of which have been aonsidercd. Pensions have b.cn granted ] in 54 cases, refused in five and 37 partly i heard are deferred for production of further proof. McElwain, Nathaniel Flowers, John Bunting, Catherine M. Locket, Amelia M. Kirk, Margaret Jackson, Mary W. Fox, Elizabeth Bunting, JMary McDonnell, George Sutherland, Sarah Cavanagh, Walter Bird, Margaret Flynn, Robert Oliver, Eliza Oliver, Robert Alexander Richards, Eliz Rickaids £18 each ; Henry Fofcto, £15.
