OTAGO PROHIBITION COUNCIL
(Pee Press Association.) Dunedin, July 13. The Otago Prohibition Council passed a resolution, strenuously objecting to Mr J. A. Millar's Licensing Bill, as an outrage on common sense, and entirely in the interests of the liquor trade. The resolution is to be cent to the Premier and , city members.
