(Pbb Pbebs Association.) Duned'n, Deoember 22. Mr Justice Williams gava judgment in a case which Loatbv's Wahoo Manufacturing Company asied fir an injunction to restrain Dutton, chemist, from using the word " Wahoo," as the descriptioa of a medic il preparation made by him. Justice William 3 said that iicasby admitted there was no wahoo in his compound at all. Defendant's compound on the other band, w%s made of wahoo. Under tho;e c;raumpfcance3 he muse give judgmant for defendant. Stay oE proceedings in view of appeal was granted.
