The plaintiff ia Caroline Pany, a dome.t : .o servant, -and tteorge Crothere, an archile.t, who carried on business in Auckland is tbe defendant. Plaintiff olaimed JG2OO damages. Mr Napier appeared for pliintiff, but there was no appearance of defendant. After hearing the evidence tho jury brought in a Vordict for the full amount olaimed. Hia Honor enlered up judgment accordingly, with costs on the lowest scale.
