Phillips to float the Huanui, Oceania and Waitekauri properties on the London market on tbe following terms : — That a new company ba formed with a capital of £15,000 in one pound shares, the local vendors to receive 60,000 fully paid-up sharas and £2000 cash. The working capital to be provided is £2000, not less than £10,003 to be pHced to tbe credit of the now company within 30 days, the flotation of 6000 shares to be reserved for the purpose of providing additional working capital. The directors of both companies have agreed to accept these tsrms. Business was* very quiet oa-the Exchanga on Saturday, the opaning of the raoing season having resulted in only about half t;he number of brokers being present.
