ODDFELLOW'S HALL.
POLLAED'B OPEBA COMPANY. The popular Pollards make their rsappenranoo at the Oddfollowa' Hall this evening, when they will ttsga Pliiniiuottps celabratod comic openi "Paul Jonas." In the cour<a of a very lauditory criticism of the production of this opera at New Plymouth oa Tuesday last, the News says:- "'Paul Jobes,' the piece staged, is new to tho Naw Plymouth public, and we venture to thint, from tho interpretation given last night, that it secured a prominent place in popular favour. Bright and sparkling music, diveiting and attractive situalions. and a dialogue bristling with points that are suited to tittilatß the mental palate, it is anoperA that will always "catch on." And under the management of Mr Polard, it was dressad and staged in a highly creditable mannor, tho handsome and pretty drocseß of the performers being greatly admired.' 1 The box plan is now open at fileßsrs H. I. Jones and Son's.
