LITER PARTICULARS.
Sydney, August 8. The boats whioh landed at Forster contained thirty Chinese, including sixteen of tbe crew, ard the following whito men;— Doctor Coppman, A. W. I.angfear (second mato), Mr Crane, and Captain Fraser(the pilot). O;hor boats containing the ctptain of the vessel and other officers, are missing. The Calterthun left Sydney last night for Chins, vh way ports, in charge^ of Captain Neil Shannon and the following officers :— W, P. Pinney (mate), Langfe-ir (socond mate), Harold Jfetflsr (third mite), R. H, Andoreon (surgeon), J. H. Harper, F, Wilson, J. W. Adams, and A. Wolstenhold (chief, second, third and fourth engineers), S, Manning (chief steward). W. Jackson (quarter-master), acd .i Chinese crew of forty-four. The vefssl carri d as passengers— B, Friser, T. 0. Crane, Dr3 Copoman and Anierpon, Captain Fawhes, Mesdames Mathias, Loring, Mis3 Loring and 16 Chinese. ™„Tug boats hivo been sent from Newcastle to the eceno of the wre.k.
