The bulk of tho butter, ex lonic, realised from 8(33 to 100 a per cvt. Some][o£ the choicest parcels brought 1103. The report of the Land and Loan Company of New. Zealand shows a loss of JCI6CO on the year's workings, chiefly due to the depreciation in value of sheep. The wheat is sixpence dearer. Foutto3ii thousand quarters of South Australian wheat, to be shipped in December and January, has been sold at 253; 13,000 quarters of Victorian, to bo shipped in December and January, and 1000 quarters of January and February shipment, sold at 20s 3d.
