* [Per Press Association.] Blenheim, January 22. n, L. Soverne, for ninny years master of tho Havelock Suburban .'•'chool, committed suicide yesterday aftornoou by shooting- himself with a gun. He had appar6ntly~laid down on his bod, pointing tho gun between his eyes and pulled the triggor withjiis left foot. EJu first destroyed-^his ; pet dog. Df ceased was about 00 years of age and unmarried.
