RULES AND REGULATIONS. All entries, nominations, etc., will close at the Secretary's ollico at 9 p.m., except when otherwise specified. All entries to bo scaled and addressed to the Secretary, Wanganui Jockey Club, Wanganui, entrance money enclosed, with tho name, age at the time of entry, name of i owner, pedigree, colours of the rider, and in case of handicaps where horses have not previously started on tho Wiinganui course, pedigree and performance of the horse. Any owner failing to declare his colours at time of entry will bo lined 2 sovs., unless the coloms of the owner of the horso are duly registered. AH entries can bo made on the Club's printed forms of entry, ami must be sent to the Secretary of the Wanganui Jockey Club, Wangamii, from whom entry forms can be obtained. Entries by telegram must be confirmnd in writing at the earliest possible opportunity. All horses must be ridden in colours.
