Haweka, Januavy 18. | ThfFEginont Farmers' Union, Limited, , reporb as follows:— We held our fort- , nightly sale at Manaia on 'Wednesday, the 17th instant. The number of cattle yarded was small, as was also the attendance, but bidding on the whole was , fairly brisk, bo that we managed to quit the whole of what was entered. Prices are abont on a par with last sale. We quote .—Forward bullocks, £■! 7s to £1 931 18 months to 2 year steers, £2 12s to £3 7s Gd : cowb and calves, £3 123 Cd to M.
