Tho New South Walos and Chtistchurch swimming teams were entertained at a smoke concert, anil the medals won by successful competitors presented to them. | When tho polo banner was given to the Ohristchurch team the Treasurer, on behalf of the Club, handed it back and stated the team presented it to tho Association with two conditions, first to bo contestod for annually, secondly never to be won outright.
