The annual meeting of the shareholders of the New Zealand Shipping Company will bo held on the 11th iost After providing for two years' depreciation amounting to £68,000, the profit and loss account shows a profit of £14,800. The proceedings at the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of Australia were of an enthusiastic nature.
