A decision has beon arrived at in tho Wsikomiti murder case that the larfyfl takes its course, the Executive being o fJ opinion that nothing had been adduced to give reason for altering the sentence of tho Coui't. Immediately tho warrant for tho execution is received it will bs fonvardod to tho Sheriff in Auckland and tho death sentence carried out within sevon days of that date.
