(Peb United Frees Association,) Auckland, March 31. A new trial of the action of the Commissioner of Customs v. Sharland and Co., is to be applied for. The dead body found yesterday at Cheltenham Beach has been idontified aa that of Jane Druinmond, aged about 65 years. A carpenter named Gregory. Nicholls, employed in the building of a shod at Hollaby's slaughterhouse, Cox Creek, was killed to-day by the fall of some timber. He was a widower, and leaves a family.
