Entries by telegram must be confimed at the earliest possible opportunity, and must be addressed to the " Secretary, Wanganui Jockey Club," ontrance fees enclosed, with the name, ago at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, colours of rider, and performances of the horse. When two or more horses start the property of the same owner a distinguishing colour must he declared and worn. Neglect of this rule will bo punished by a fine of 2 bovs. All races to be run under the Rulcb of Racing. Five per cent will be deducted from all winnings. FREEMAN R.
