TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — I see by your paper ef October Ist an account of the parade of horse3 held under the auspices of the above Association. No one would have thought Messrs VV. T. Owon aud A. Higgie were Stewards : to all intents and purposes, they appeared to the public as conjoint judges with Mr Gaisford. If the members of the Wanganui A. and P. Association wish it to become a success, they should ascertain before choosing Stewards that they are qualified for that office. — I am, &c, A Well -Wisher op SHa Association.
