Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on WEDNESDAY, April 11th, 1801, to confirm the following Special Orders, viz. : — 1. Special Order enacting By-laws limiting the weights that may be carried on 2-wheelod Vehicles on all roads within the County to 1 ton, to take effect on and after 'May Ist, 1891. A copy of the above By-laws is open for inspection at the Council Offices. 2. Spocial Order to alter the boundaries of the Brunswick and Tokomaru Ridings, viz. : — " That the Southern boundary of tho Tokomaru Riding commence at a point where thb southern boundary at the Tauwhare Block strikes tho Wanganui River, thonco along the said southern boundary line at the Tauwharo Block to the Kai Iwi Stream, thence along tho Kai Iwi Stieam to a point where it enters the Waitotara Riding, and that the southern portion of the Tokomaru Riding between the abovo boundary and tho present bounbary bo included in the Brunßwick Biding."
