ABBIVAL OF B.M.S. TONGARIRO.
[Per United Press Association.] WELLiNdtou; December 2. The Tousariro arrived from London, via the ' Cape and Hobart, at i o'clock this afternoon. She left Plymouth on the 13th October, Santa Cruz 24th October, Capetown Bth November, and j Hobart at 8.40 p.m. on the 27th. Until arriving at Hobart she encountered variable winds, out after leaving that port experienced a N.E. gale with heavy sea and much rniu. The following are the officers :—Commander, Mr J..Bone ; cnicf . officer, Mr Milward; second officer, Mr Denton j > surgeon, Dr Williams; chief engineer, Mr Adamson; captain's clerk, Mr Beaumont. exports. Per Glenelg—l4 pkgs, Johnston and Co. ;_B9 .tikes, Anchor Company; -3 casks coal tar, Gas. Company; 5 pkiis. Tham and Co.; 70 pkgs, SWright; 67 pkgs N.Z. L. and M.A. Company ; 1 case Burnett; 2 cases, Clarke aud Son ; 1 case books, A. D. Willis ; 239 bales flax, N.Z. L. and M.A. Company.
