(Per United Press Association.) ! ■ Napieb, Januory 21. . At the adjourned meeting of Kinross and Co.'s 'creditors to-day, the Hon. E. W. Parker, manager for Dalgetty and Co., and Mr J. Vi Vigor were appointed supervisors. Kinross, in his statement, attributed their bankruptcy to difficulties caused by the sudden calling in of large sums of money in consequence of the Glas« gow Bank failure ten years ago, and to the subsequant had seasons and losses on rnns ia Poverty Bsy, which they had to take over, A man named John Smith was charged with with attempted oriminal assault on a woman of sixty, and has been remanded.'!
