February 20. The latest news wifh regard to the Waihora, states that she is on a rock, wbioh is right through her fore compartwent. If fine weather continues it is thought she will be got off, and she is accordingly being lightened by the removal of her cargo from the fore hold. There is no danger at present of her breaking up. (Received February 20, 9.30 p.m.) Mr Derham has accepted the portfolio of Postmaster General in the new Ministry.
