LORD GRANVILLS FAVOURS STATE-AIDED EMIGRATION. (REUTER'S TELEGKAMB.) (Received February 20, 7 30 p.m.) London, February 19. An influential deputation waited upon Earl Granville tovday with roference to alleviating the present distress among the unemployed by means of emigration.
