Mr Wilson Forbes, one of the leading members of this company, had a benefit last evening, and taking into icoouut the vory unsettled state of the weather, and the counter attractions of the jjegatta (joinruitiee, he u&d no cause co com« plain of fhe attendance. " East Lyane " was tho principal piece and it was played well by every me tuber who had ■•>, share in its production, Miss Juno's pourtrayal of tho erriug and repantaut L*dy Isibpl being an excoe;liugly cl«ver one. In the recitation " The Uncle " Mr Wilson Forbes showed himself to be a powerful elocutionist, and at its termination he was loudly applauded. " B.B." a screaming fa cc ooucluded the night's business in which Messrs Kennedy and Forbes caused shoufc3 of laughter by their comoioalties. To ni^ht, which will ba the last occasion of the company's appearance here, the new comedy called " Mixed " will be placed upon the boards. It hia been rsonived with acclamation wlierever produced, its many ludicrous scenes, aud situations coupled with a witiy aud spirited dialogue forming 1 a capital tonic for all thosa troubled with low spirits. Playgoers fond of fun should attend and try its efficacy* . ,
