LONDON RIOTS.
(reuter's telegrams.) (Received February 17, 1 a.m.) London, February 15. The rioting in Leicester has oeased, and the town is now quiet. Hyndman, Burns, Champion, and Williams, leaders at the unemployed meeting, have been summoned to appear at Bowstreet, to answer the charge of uttering seditious speeches in Trafalgar Square on Monday last. Later, Ihe labour agitation ia spreading in England. Serious riots have taken place at Birmingham aud Yarmouth amongst the unemployed. Iv both instances the pnlioe authorities proved equal to the occasion, and succeeded in quelling the outbreaks.
