February 14. Obituary -The Very Eev. Principal Tullooh, D.D , Vice-Chancellor of the University of St. Andrew's, aged 63 years. February 15. The Orient Steamship Company are about to have a steamer of six thousand tons built for them on the Clyde. Teenier, the sculler, has issued a challenge to Wi^ am Beach to row him for the championship of the world, and offers the latter one thousand dollars for his expenees. The Socialists intend to hold a meeting in Hyda Park on Sunday next.
