It is expected that Messrs Service and Berry will tender their formal resignations early next week, and Parliament will dissolve about the 20th February. SYDNEY. February 11. A somewhat serious collision took place outside the Heads at an early hour this morning, between the steamers Newcastle and Naomi. There was a thick fog at the time, which prevented the vestels seeing each other. The Newcastle sustained a considerable amount of damage, while the injury to the Naomi is but of a slight character. (Received February 12, 10 p.m.) It has been ascertained that in the collision off the Heads this morning between the Newoastle and Naomi both vessels sustained great damage, though fortunately none of the passengers or crew were injured. New Zealand wheat, 3s 3d per bushel ; New Zealand oats, 2s 4d ; maize, 56lbs, 3s 3d.
