June 12. Arrived, this morning- —P. and O. Company's steamship Malwa, with the Suez mail, dated London, sth May. Per Merchant Shipping and Underwriters Association, London, 12th June : Arrived — Ship Maux Queen, from. Port Chalmers, 21st February. Rumour is current here this evening that Hanlan, the Canadian oarsman, is dead. The report, however, is discredited, and requires cofirmation. [The above message was recesved at 1.50 a.m.]
