To start at 4.m. Hack Race. To start at 4.30 p.m. 7. Forced Handicap, 25 boys ; once round the course ; entrance, winning horses 1 soy, losing horses, 10s. To start at 5 p.m. EULES. No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition: That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary, Waverley, entrance money enclosed, with the nnme, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in case of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of owner, and colours of the rider. Any jockey Tiding except iv the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishintJ colour must be worn. In all weight for age races the new weight for age si-ale will be adhered to. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 boys to the race fund. AH races to be run under the W.J. C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. Qualification lee for non-members, 1 soy. In all races the second horse only saves his stakes when it is especially stated that he does so. No entries or nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing. Letters bearing the postmark of the date of entry, aud telegrams of the same date will be received. Nominations for Handicap Hurdles, Flying Handicap, aud the W. and W.
