March 18.
The Dunedin Jockey Club have disqualified the horse Color Sergt. and also his Jockey, Monaghan, for pulling him at the late Tapanui meeting. J. L. Gillies, M.H R., for Waikouaiti, resigned his seat. George McLean is likely to be returned unopposed. Ngaro and the Earl of Lynne are now much fancied for the Dunedin Cup.
