From amd after the passing of this Act, no sheep iv course of transmission without tho Province of Auckland, shall be landed in anj' place within the Province without the written permission of the Inspector of Sheep for the District wherein such last- mentioned place shall be biluate, or of some person duly appointed in writing in that behalf by the ►Superintendent. - ■ 5. Every person who shall, without the permission hereiuatter required, land, or aid, or assist in any way in landing any such sheep in tna said Province, shall* for every such offence be liable to a penalty' not exceeding One Hundred Pounds. , 6.
