Sir, —I trust that some bon. -member of the House of Representatives will move a resolution in the approaching session “ that cash payments be reverted to in the post-offices throughout the colony.” Owing to the recent cheese-paring policy, postmasters in the countrydecline to lay out money in stamps, on which they get no profit; so your readers may judge how people are fixed for those necessary articles in these out of the way places.
